Mystery shoppers will pose as anonymous customers, clients or guests to observe and report the service standards of our client outlets. The main task of a mystery shopper is to observe the service and operational standards, the presentation of products, cleanliness of outlet environment and the sales techniques of the employees using a predetermined scenario. These findings then need to be reported back to us through means of our online system, AQ World.
 
Mystery shoppers are given written instructions, including the questionnaire and a pre-determined visit scenario and are then briefed via telephone by one of our business managers before undertaking the assignment.
