General Manager is required for Food Courts in a 5 Star Hotel in Jakarta. 
 
General Qualifications:
Male, at least 40 years old, English speaking (Preferably Singaporean or Malaysian)
 
Specific Qualifications :
*  Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Food & Beverage manager within 5 Star Hotel enviroment.
*  Must have a solid Food & Beverage background in medium to large luxury properties
*  Must be creative, innovative and dynamic with good leadership & training skills and attention to guest service and details.
 
Starting Date: November 2008
 
Salary: US$ 3,000 – 3,500
 
Other remunerations:
Housing and Car Facility, Health Insurance, Paid home leave, Fix one month bonus per year and Performance Bonus
