Experienced Analyst with professional qualification wanted!

Are you an experienced professional in finance and left your position at one of those "Big 5" Investment Banks, currently taking a break and would like to find a Freelance job with opportunities to meet some interesting people?

We are a newly established Independent Financial Consulting company (http://www.evdsol.com) located in Wan Chai. We are looking for a couple more qualified and experienced professionals to join.

We aim at becoming the unique Professional Private Tutoring network in Hong Kong. You join us to building up the website's name (to help people, there is indeed a substantial cross-selling effect in between people looking for analyst with different specialty) and we provide very simple marketing and hardware support (website, a company e-mail address and very well-design, professionally-design name card with our company logo, etc.) for FREE and then you can work for yourself as a freelancer. There is $0 cash flow between you and me.

The consulting fee are usually paid by cash to you directly from the client after every session and I don't get a cut on it. I have been charging not less than $500/hour for tuition fee so far. It is not a big amount of money compared with my previous job before but at least sufficient to pay my rent while I am taking this long vacation.

And I am happy that the client base is growing slowly and most interestingly, I found my client a very powerful networking source who can help me to land my next job!

then you have a clearer idea that actually this is a niche market with a lot of potential to grow as there is little competition (with very limited supply of qualified tutor) and thus those service provider does have the pricing power!

To summarize the experience in the last 3 months, we basically target at well-educated returned (from foreign countries) individuals in Hong Kong who:

· are frustrated in what just happening about Lehman's Mini-bond and wouldn't trust those banker anymore and would like to seek for some truly independent in-deep analysis;

· wanted to learn something about finance and don't mind to pay a reasonable amount of money in exchange of quality information and sharing professional experience about investment;

· are a beginner on investment and hence interested to learn about it with some people with professional qualification (e.g CFA, CFP or CPA, etc.) on a weekly basis private lesson;

· are planning to take CFA level I exam in December and need to find some charter holder to give them private tutorial lesson;

Another good thing about this is that even though you land to your next job next month, you can still keep this as your Freelance job or networking tool in the future. There is simply NO cost and obligation here.
