Initial Dance Co. Ltd. is a spacious newly renovated dance studio located in the heart of Taikoo Shing. Within a 5-minute walking distance from Quarry Bay MTR station, the building itself underwent a recent makeover and is under superior management.
Initial Dance studio offers 3,500 square feet of space in our four multi-function rooms, ranging from 250 to 1,200 square feet. In addition, we have two change rooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms. Our studio is perfect for dance rehearsal, all kinds of dance classes, yoga and pilates instruction, theatre work / music studio / blackbox theatre / musical rehearsal, party or business conference room rental, and various other functions and events. We are flexible in making the right arrangement for you.
The main dance studio, with 1,200 square feet of space, is available for all dance aficionado at any time of the day.
We welcome rental requests for group practice or private instruction.
Initial Dance studio provides a full range of office function support including photocopy, fax and internet access. We can also accommodate our business customer's other needs such as food and beverages upon request.
Our multi-function room rental arrangement is flexible to meet your needs. Space is available for weekdays and weekends as well as public holidays. We are here to satisfy all your needs.
Rental rate starts from HKD 60 / hr, depending on the period of time and the size of the room.
