I am looking for a female of 20 to 30 preferably english speaking to take over my room in a flat shared with another girl in Wan Chai as soon as possible, as soon as from the 6th November ....until the lease ends summer 2009.
 
The apartment is small yet cosy, and newly renovated less than half a year ago. On a quiet street off Queens Road East, a minutes walk from the Hopewell centre, down the road from Buses, Trams, and MTR, around the corner from the Pawn. A great location to be.
Refridgerator, washing machine, cooker, microwave, internet access.
 
5,100 per month excluding bills, to be expected to pay 2 months rent upfront.
