I  have just moved to HK and am looking for an apartment (at least 1 yr. lease) close to the East Rail line in TST (or Hung Hom). I  am single, professional (and responsible!), male, looking for 2-3 bedrooms, pref. furnished, modern building, mid to high floor with harbour view if possible. Rent up to about $34,000.
 
Start in mid to late October 2008.
