Estate do have good building management service, its own swimming pool, child playground, and car park. Supermarket is right downstair. Nearby has market, restaurant and fast food shop. Just 8 mins to Cyberport. 20 mins to Central IFC, 20 mins to Mongkok and 30mins to Kwun Tong.

Pokfulam is quiet and green area and comprises primarily high-rise buildings located on the Western side of Hong Kong Island. Many of the apartments here have spectacular with views across the Lamma Channel.  The Cyberport shopping and entertainment complex offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and cinemas.  Traffic in and out of Pokfulam can be atrocious at times however a planned extension of the MTR subway should alleviate this problem in the near future.
