Flat to take over lease until October 2009

Hi there,
 
I cannot negotiate the price above as that is the price that I am currently leasing under.
 
I have to make a trip back to my home country and am looking for someone to take over my lease. Sadly, I have to leave my beautiful apartment, which has:
. two bedrooms (master and guestroom-both with its own wardrobes);
. fully furnished place;
. mountain and seaview;
. with a Spanish feel (milk chocolate wooden floors with vanilla walls);
. and is a bargain to rent!!
 
I have also had installed tv and internet for my use. However, please help me by taking over the bills-the usage can easily be transferred in your name.
 
I have attached the following pictures but the last picture shows a glimpse of the view from the masterbedroom.
 
Please respond as soon as possible as I am looking to move out at the end of the month (November!)
