I'm looking for a flat close to HKU. Soho, Sheung Wan, Kennedy Town etc is also ok.
 
Rental should start from Feb 1 on. I plan to stay in HK for some more yrs.
 
Should have open view. I don't mind walk up and don't need security. Furniture would be nice tho.
