Come and see A bright quiet, one bedroom newly renovated apartment on the 18th Floor with city views. Bedroom's window is double glazed.!It is about 400 sq ft but has a great layout.
The well planned kitchen has lots of work and cupboard space, with 2 rings gas stove, microwave, fridge. It has a set of cutleries and dinner ware for four people. Soap and detergent are provided to start you out. Toilet and sink are new. It has new split airconditioning in the bedroom and living room, both rooms have roman blinds. Bedroom has double bed, a big wardrobe, chest of drawers. The living room has bookshelves in the living room and a TV console Other furniture can be negotiated. The flat is well managed, english speaking concierge and I spoke to tenants in the building, they all love the location. It is 5 minutes walk to SOHO. The street is dotted with antique shops, restaurants, clubs and galleries, close to all conveniences and transportation MTR/buses are close to the apartment. Please contact 94641941 Here is what our last tenant had to say: The first thing to mention is the apartments wonderful location. Located along beautiful Hollywood Rd. surrounded by antique shops which offer many treats for the eyes en route to other places. It is also just a stones throw from the oldest temple in Hong Kong, the Man Mo Temple. Just around the corner is a full grocery store, as well as an extensive wet market for those who prefer that atmosphere. In terms of night life Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo are a 10-20 minute walk depending on whether you are heading out or coming back from an night of fun. The apartment itself is beautiful, newly renovated with a pleasant view. I found the building attendants to be extremely friendly and warm people as well, further adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the living environment. The best feature of the apartment was, without a doubt, the renters. I came and stayed in Hong Kong under strange circumstances, traveling alone without any contacts in Hong Kong. To say that the Landlords were helpful is truly not to do them justice. They would have made staying in a cardboard box a pleasant experience but instead raised an already wonderful apartment to a new level. Dane Roth |
