I am an Expat in HK...lived here for over 2 yrs...I just got into my new apartment 4 months back & I have to leave HK in Dec :(...so need to break my lease...If someone is looking for a nice , clean fully furnished apartment in he east side of HK, this is the best deal for you for less than 8K a month a place which feels like home and not a dark shady place in HK island.
Its a stone throw away from the Quarry Bay MTR(subway station) and other amenities and is closer to the upcoming business district of Taikoo Place.
My apartment is bright & partly sea facing and there is internet & telephone also if you wanna take over.
