We are three close relatives, recently our flat caught fire and our landlord gave us back our deposit but we need to look for a flat quickly. We are clean, stylish will make your apt better than when you rent it to us, as our previous landlord told us.
 
Our old rent a year ago was slightly below $5,000 but with the market rent rocketing so much in the last 12 months, we do not know if we can afford more.
 
However we will look after your property for you.
