I'd like to share a flat at Harbour Green near Olympic Station, 5 mins by walk. 
It is an new apartment, only 1-2 years. There are gym, club house, swimming pool..etc, also got great sea view (at 49F). In the flat, there also has all funiture, TV, DVD player, washing machine..etc.
There are Shopping Malls near MTR station, got supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cinema. If you live here, you would have a excellent life function.
In addition, if you will go to central, you would take 7 -10 mins by MTR from Olympic station to Central; going to TST take 10-15 mins by bus.
 
I am a tidy, clean guy, hope a clean and tidy person to share a flat with me.
