SAPHCM.org is a non-profit community of SAP Human Capital Management users across the world.

The premise of setting up this community is to establish a platform where SAP Human Capital Management users can exchange and proliferate information about solution and services. The community intends to facilitate the development and operational support for SAP HCM product to address the Global HCM user requirements and issues.

SAP HCM.org intends to propagate a better understanding of the SAP HCM product, concurrently receiving periodic information and updates from SAP.

SAP HCM.org envisages in building a platform to advocate sound and proficient usage of SAP product through sharing and dissemination of people practices and experience.

Objectives

  • Establishment of a platform to propagate sound and professional know how of SAP Human Capital Management to the Human Capital Management community.
  • Evaluate, Comment and disseminate information about the new solution and services in SAP HCM.
  • Opportunity to converse about the issues and challenges across technical and functional aspects of the product.
  • Developing a platform to highlight the operational issues in the product and suggest developments to SAP to meet customer specific requirements.
