This is a fun, insightful, and practical training course for yoga teachers of all traditions, schoolteachers, and parents. Previous yoga experience is helpful. Come prepared to move your body and be young at heart!

Setting yourself for Success: The cornerstone of success as a children's yoga teacher is one's personal practice, so we will begin one day with an experience of Sadhana, the transformative power of daily yoga and meditation.

Group Presentations: In smaller groups you will collaborate to develop and present a program of children's yoga to the rest of the class. Bring your creative ideas and any props you want to use in your presentation.

RCYP is secular, having no affiliation to any particular religious beliefs therefore making it suitable for all children. RCYP1 and 2 qualify as 20 credit hours for RYT-200 certification(registered yoga teacher,
200hrs) and continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance (www.yogaalliance.com).
